Awesome! In about a year's time I'll have enough experience to be a secretary :)

I think the scarier thing is it's for a Marketing/Advertising company. They should know better!!

Actually, when I graduated and was looking for work, I worked in administration for a government agency. When they found out I had a degree in GD, they wanted me to do all their posters and stuff (for staff eyes only). I had PP, Excel, word to work with.
I'd say that 3 years ex is much too much. I got a job like that fresh out of school.

I think it is funny that a Marketing/Advertising company is using a hotmail.com for email, and not jobrecruiting(or something else)@[marketing/advertising company name].com

Unless of course, they don't want to advertise their company name. It's a fairly common thing. The whole secretary/GD thing though, that's quite a hoot!

You can blind post jobs in Monster, etc. No excuse.
I'm with Navian. Looks bad.

I remember back in college, about 90% of my Graphics B class were women (there was only three/four guys). I also remember a lot of them heavily complaining that they were getting contacted for secretarial work, that sucks.
And back to that post, I wouldn't trust *any* job that has a hotmail or free webmail address.

I don't get the joke. Unless it's on us. That's pretty standard type of expectations around my area. Surprised she didn't mention web developer.
