well....it's a great start, but it leaves much to be desired. what is this for, exactly?
the fonts on the left-hand side are kinda iffy...i'd use something more 'techy', and that green
'efficiency bar' is kinda hurting my eyes. soften it up a bit by adding a white or similar-colored
stroke around the outside...

is this supposed to be a type of interface? something you'd see on a screen in star trek or what-not--
when making interfaces, try to make it user-friendly...something that if you'd never seen it before,
you'd still know your way around it...

great first draft, though.

My first thought was you had discovered an ancient alien artifact and was trying to decipher it....then I read what xosteve said and I sort of agreed. Except I would have the words and stuff bigger, with the fabulous background just that---background.

I really do like it, though. I wish I had that space age techno imagination. But, I don't, so I'll leave that to you young guns...I mean space cadets....I mean Tekkies...
