I don't think anyone here can magically pull a template out of thin air to meet your EXACT needs. There are MILLIONs of box dies out there, and you are looking for 1 specific one.

Did you ask the printer?
Did you ask the client for the template?

is it 1" wide? 1.125" wide? 1.25" wide? 1.325" wide?
is it 1" deep? 1.125" deep? 1.25" deep? 1.325" deep??
How tall is it?....

See my point???

In other words you can't help picaso. I have to wonder why you would expend so many words just to say you have no help to offer.

Not that I can't help him, I just think he is barking up the wrong tree.

Does the client want the die to be completely recreated or are you just designing the printing to go on the packaging?

If the gum has been done in the past, then it is very likely the client already has the previous dieline files that their designer worked towards.

It's a good starting point.

I did ask the client for a template and he doesnt have it othwerwise i would be designing the box....here are the specs he gave me.....gum packs are 2.5x4x.5 dimensions

so I would want the box 7.5x4x3 or a lil extra spacing like 7.6....I am asking for help. If someone knows a website that i can download templat box for gum or something similar.....

I would maybe try and contact the vendor who did the packaging and see if they might have the template on file for them/you to use. Perhaps you can ask your client for the packaging vendor's contact info and talk directly to them, and not through your client. Just a thought. :)
