Work website updated

Hey everyone, I just finished rearranging my company's website. Wondering if I can get your feedback.

I'd love to hear feedback on the new site and if any of you have time any comparison feedback between the previous version of the site and the new version.

I don't know much about coding, but as far as aesthetics it looks good. 2 things I notice right off the bat...

1) the logos orange color is WAY WAY duller and darker now then it was before.
2) You're using the old Xerox logo on your main page.

xerox has a new logo? I should look into that.

the side bar on the left....some of the words have bigger font that the others. kinda hurts IMHO.

Looks extremely clean and well organized... when the document loads it jumps in firefox...

html{height:100%;margin-bottom:1px;}

should do it...
