Well...I've come up with a new T-shirt idea for the spring/summer so I thought I'd run it by people real quick before I decide how many to run. I wanted something cool that has an older rat-rod feel to it.

The design will be 3-color...black, white and deep red on a dark charcoal shirt.

Here's the design...

and here's the art on a T and a Dickies work shirt...

So...give me your thoughts...is it 'cooler' than my previous T? Any thoughts or opinions?

Thanks!!

Tony

Hehe...I'm already changin' my mind...I think I like 'cream' instead of white. it gives it a more 'vintage' feel.

I really like it.

Are they for sale to the general public? I feel myself a purchase coming on again. :D

I really like this one. But I am a sucker for old school cars too! haha... I really enjoy the dickies shirt too! I would definately order one of those! :) 2 things I noticed...

1 - Your stroke between the 'm' and the 'o' is all distorded and blurting out (as I call it) on both your pictures.

2- I wish the chrome trim/body line on the trunk that wraps around to the side of the car was solid black or something. It looks awkward just outlined and filled with the same red markings...

I like it much more on the button up shirt than the regular t-shirt. Must be because it has more of a retro feel on it too.

Thanks...not for sale yet. I'm just tryin' to nail down the design. It'll be a couple months before I have the fundage to get them ordered.

Glad you guys are liking it so far!

Oh, and I would tweek the kerning a little bit. The space around the r's and the c seems to be smaller/less gappy around those letters then else where in your name/title... :D

I like it. It's much better than last years, as I didn't care too much for the "fuzzy ace." I like this one much better. Nicely done sir.

Thanks!

Hopefully I'll have enough funds to order them within the next couple months.

Hell, I'd pre-order one if funds is an issue. Maybe you could do a short run with just GDF people.

On a side note, I wanted to have Dickies shirts made up for a Jeep fabrication company a few years back. They declined, but it would have been kickass for a fab shop like them. Oh well-

That look great Tony ... I like the cream better than the white and love it on the Dickies vs the Tee ... looks like an upscale retro car repair shirt ;)

Dickies for sure. Do you want the space between "st." and "louis" that far apart? It bothers me a bit.

(inside joke) It symbolizes the political distance between the city and the county (/inside joke)
