Annual Report

It's that time of year again...
Can anyone help me with the process of doing an annual report from start to finish and everything in between, like a Dummies guide to doing one?
Anyone want to help me? Advise me? Etc. me?

Eeek I would be scared to give advice on this one since my advice usually comes whistleing hence forth from between my sweet cheeks. I think there are some pretty definate rules you have to follow about what has to be included as far as projected earnings and legal garbanzola like that. I worked on one and the general break down went like this:
–company overview; including mission statement and company strengths
–message from some president guy
–portfolio of products and clients / distributors
–managements discussion and analysis
–financial statements led in by a disclaimer from the auditor, ceo and chairman
–corporate information
This may be a little vague but hope it helps
