What's the best angle?

I'm trying to figure out what would be the best way to take a shot for a project I'm doing. I need a shot of a person (we'll name him Bobo), reaching into a computer monitor (just past the wrist) while the Bobo in the monitor is reaching out of the monitor, so just their hand is out of the screen. What would be the best angle and way to take this picture for the best effect? Or is this do-able?

I would say you would want to take the shot from over the models right hand shoulder, so you see "him" in the monitor reaching back, or 90 degrees to the side so your only seeing him and the hand reaching out. And as far as I'm concerned anything is doable with enough time effort and photoshop.
