The right-side up BIRD seems to be Sinaloa (http://www.myfonts.com/search?search%5Btext%5D=sinaloa).
The upside down BIRD seems to be Stilla (http://www.linotype.com/90269/stilla-family.html).
The right-side up PETERSON is similar to Dazzle (http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/device/dazzle/regular/), but it's not the same.
I've seen the upside down PETERSON before, but can't place my finger on it. Try searching "open-face" script fonts, something tells me that's where I've seen it.
Edit: Found it! Matrix II Inline Script (http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/emigre/matrix-ii-display/inline-script/).
Dammit, I knew I'd seen it before... :D
