What RGB setting do you mostly use in photoshop (or Illustrator)?

Colour settings are something Ive always ran away from but Ive just opened a file in Flash and it looks bugger all like the one I just made.

Do you mean RGB profile? (Adobe RGB 1998 is pretty common)

been using 1998 and sRGB but noticing that Flash outputs then a lot lighter.

Adobe RGB has one of the largest gamuts in the RGB range, and is good that way. However, sRGB is the internet standard, so there's a good reason to use that.

Personally, I use Adobe RGB. Not a huge issue for me though, as I don't generally design for web.
