Could someone help me with this? I have a CMYK color that I need to get a PMS # for. I was told you can do this in Photoshop but I don't have it on this PC and I really need the number ASAP.

Teach a man to fish solution.
I have Gimp and Scribus on this PC. If you can do it with those let me know how. Or if there is a web based tool.

Give a man fish solution.
Could someone give me the closest PMS# to C5/M95/Y97/K0

Thanks.

PhotoShop gives a rough approximation, not an exact match. But, based on your color breakdown, it's PMS 1795. PMS1797 might be close too.

PS CS3 tells me it is PMS 485 (as a Solid Coated color)

I concur with the 485.

You're right 485 is close.

Thanks to all of you. The good part is that I am doing it for a color smear so I can do both. I will do 485 and 1795. The both look pretty close to the PDF I have.
