Have any of you updated to Leopard and are successfully running Acrobat Pro, Quark etc. I have the latest versions of all the software (CS3, Quark 7.3). I am worried about the upgrade because I can't afford any technology issues with client work, I have heard there were issues with both programs but don't know if the patches were released (I run all patches/upgrades diligently).
Thanks,

I am in the same boat. I did an install on an external HD to test. But needed to use that HD, so I erased it. I also have not had much time to test. I too would be interested to know who has installed Leopard and is running well with it for all design apps. I think a big update was released by apple. But I'm not sure how that would fix the quark, acrobat, ID issues.

Unless you need to upgrade I'd wait, for the reason you gave here.

at the end of last year we upgraded our macs and software (Quark, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat Pro). Our guy who 'knows about these sort of things' said there were issues with Leopard and the new software - so we're waiting.... and waiting. There were still some issues with quark and 10.4.11 however - one or two bits to download (whoever heard of a CUPS filter?!) and it's all working now. I'm not upgrading unless I have to.

Yeah I just wanna use it sooo bad! Bored and tired of 10.4! :P
Guess I need to read up on these issues and see HOW BAD it really would affect me. I've been trying ot wait as long as possible. But it feels like right now I wasted my money on buying the software. At least I can write it off I guess though.
