Which color do you think suitable for client whose activity mainly outdoor?

They are semi formal company, the use of the likes red or yellow seems not suitable, dark colors are good heat absorber while white can't resist stain.

If you have Adobe Illustrator, open it up and look in your swatches palette. Click the little area arrow on the side of the swatches palette and select "Open Swatch libary." Some of the ones you might find interesting include:

Earthtones
Forest
Garden
Desert
CamouflageLots of great ideas for color combinations in there. If you still want more ideas, check out ColourLovers.com (http://www.colourlovers.com/), the social network for color pallettes and patterns.

It also depends on what it is for. Is this for a logo? Or for their outdoor marquees? It makes a difference.

Also, who are their own clients? Are they hippies and jugglers or outdoor adventure people like extreme sports fanatics?

They had the logo already. They asked my help to create different color theme for each different season for their annual program. The logo consists of blue, green, and mustard yellow.

The color theme will be used in all stuffs, banner, merchandise etc identifying the relevant event. Last year I picked mainly blue for the color theme. They complained that blue makes them feel hot as it's a plant related utterly outdoor activity.

As you advised, I gave them alternatives that are not too dark but also cannot dirty easily, like: Earth, sand or desert color, burundy, and Martian green (green like appears when posting here).
