I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly, because your english is atrocious, but it sounds like your asking if you copy and change work you found on the internet, are you violating copyright. The answer is, if you use any part of any existing work, no matter how you change it, you're violating copyright, and even if it weren't illegal, it would be unethical.

To answer the second part of your question, no that is not what professional designers do- and if that is the only way you can "create" work and design, then it's time to look for another profession or hobby.

xfxzone, All I can add is: RE-READ the reply from DesignStudio! That sums it up perfectly.

Because English is not this guy's first language, be careful in what you assume.

Neither of you can say that designers don't get inspiration from what they see on the web, or in a store, or at the mall, or even at the zoo.

To outright copy an image or design layout found on the web is indeed wrong. But too, there are only so many ways to lay out a 3 column spread. You're bound to copy someone else's layout eventually.

To take an image and modify it without permission is wrong. But if you are doing research for an illustration, using an image that you don't own as reference material, as long as you aren't tracing it, or blatantly using it verbatim, isn't wrong. Illustrators frequently have what is called a Photo Morgue of interesting people/places/things that they use for reference.

If I copy your work, how would you let me get away with it without getting in trouble? :)

As soon as you create it, you own the copyright. Even if you are the only person that ever sees it, the idea copyrighted to you, the artist/originator.

Yes you can use them. That's why you paid for them with your computer. That's why you BUY fonts and don't just download them. You are paying for the rights to use them, not just to have them.
