Hello all,

I wonder if you have any recommendations for a good print house in the Washington DC metro area. A print house that will reprint a piece each time with the same colors.

There are many variables that can affect the final color of a printed piece, temperature, humidity, etc. The best way keep color consistent from run to run is to give them a piece from the previous run so they have something to match to on press.

if your printing digitally, color matching isn't going to be easily achieved, if at all.

I'm in the DC area and know of many printers including myself. If you can give some more details such as what Silence04 suggested and the count amount, size etc. I could recommend a printer.

Thanks for the tips, Silence04. Working mostly with web design projects I have limited knowledge about the print process. Most of our work is printed by a digital printer, and I guess, that's the reason for the inconsistency.
