I gave them new files and new paper last week, and as long as I don't rush them their price is $0. So I don't want to hassle them, I just wanted to know if they'd be ready this week so I could get everything else prepared (contrasting panels cut, address labels printed at the office, archival acid-free double-sided tape purchased, etc.).

i have to call a customer & let them know that there 1"x1.5" 72 dpi file is not large enough to print on the cover of her brochure.
i dreading trying to explain why to someone that had to try 6 times just to e-mail it to me to begin with.
I think I'll put this off until at least tomorrow.

Is it a photo? Let them know that it is fine for web but you need a print quality image. You could always offer to source an alternative if you can find a similar pick on a stock photography site.

it's a photograph of the customer. it looks like it was a instamatic taken about 10 years ago then someone took a photo of it with a camera phone then printed that out and scanned that with a home all in one printer / scanner / fax machine

There is a whole load of dishes to be done sitting on the bench.

I guess I'll do them soon. But I live in a house with 4 other adults. I was hoping that someone else would crack first. It's been days since the dishes were done. This is the first rental property I've ever lived in without a dishwasher.

Ouch! No dishwasher? That bites. I don't have one now, and I desperately want one. Dishes sit here for days at a time too.

When I moved in with my fiance, he assured me that he'd take care of dishes because he likes washing them. He conveniently omitted that he likes to wash dishes, but only when he's in the mood to. :rolleyes:

I did have a few drinks last night, but then we watched a few episodes of In Treatment and I got tired and lazy and didn't make it back to the computer. Friday night was great, spent it with dad that the casino! Before going there my biggest hate in life was never having money, my newest biggest hate is pokies!!! there so damn addictive, and they use all my money! Played a bit of poker put 30 dollars in and walked out with 300 so i was pretty happy. I got a far bit drunk, but no throwing up or anything like that.

Saturday I was with all my friends and i was getting driven place to place. Drinking all sorts of things i've never even heard before. Vodka Sunrises, Red Fire engines. It didn't take long to get me fair drunk. Then we went clubbing. What an experience! Loud music, and girls everywhere!

Sunday was my rest day but i still had so much to do. My favorite band was playing and so i went to that and i got kicked in the stomach and I must of had something still in my system, and felt very sick. Not too good and now i'm at work!!!!!

ill go into even more detail later on my break!

Sounds like you had a full weekend indeed. I don't much care for gambling though. If I had a some extra dollars, I'd rather go shopping and have something to show for it. I think I'd just get stressed out gambling. Doesn't sound fun to me.

I can't remember the last time I had Maccas. Oh wait, I can. It was this time last year before catching a plane. There wasn't much else to choose from at that section of the airport. I had a salad roll and it was gross. Brown lettuce, stale bread. I should have just gone for fries. They can't really muck up a fries order...can they?

Before that last Maccas experience it was in Beijing in 2006 just because I wanted to know what a Big Mac in Beijing would taste like. It tasted pretty much the same as what a Big Mac would tasted like in New Zealand. From memory.

Not a huge fan of Maccas.

Though for some reason Wendys is pretty awesome here.

I have a feeling they are different here than in America though. They are one of the few fast food places that serve cold, green lettuce. Most other places serve brown, warm lettuce.

wendys i have never even seen. I love sushi bars until i went to japan. Sushi was never the same again, i can't even stand the smell of sushi in australia compared to japan. if you want sushi go to japan!
