InDesign - Flush Zone

In Quark, there was a setting that you could specify that when in justified copy with last line flush left mode, if the last line fell within a certain distance of the width (say a couple of points), that line would automatically justify as well. It was in the H&J settings in Quark.

Anyone know if there's a similar setting in InDesign? I haven't been able to find anything like it.
