i need to change the color of this computer :

What software do you have? We can help tell you how, but we won't do it for you.
All I need is help, and i have windows Vista with Photoshop CS3.

Well, the biggest thing you're going to run into is making it look "real" (IMO) There are many ways to re-colorize things, but all of them rely on the various tones of gray and black. By replacing black, it destroys credibility.
You may have to mess with selecting various surfaces, and applying gradations from the yellow to transparent and then play with transparency. Or if you have Illustrator you could try redrawing the computer case and applying color there, and then go back into photoshop and add texture and finishing touches.
