Okay, here's my dilemma. I have say 200 pages, and each page has a text box
(this happened using the data merge to allow me to import an excel sheet with values that need specific formating and placement)
Now, what I want to do is Instantly link ALL these text boxes so that I have one really long Story. I need the flow feature, that's why.
Please tell me someone knows how to help me on this one, Google and indesignsecrets have been no use. I can find ways to instantly break the links across the document, just not form them.

It's not instant, but if you click the outport of frame 1 and then click on frame 2, they link.
It appears you can only export tagged text in the story editor, so that's not a real option for you...you'd have to do it for each of the 200 stories.
You could export as a PDF, export the PDF as Word in Acrobat Pro...
And that's about all the options I can think of.
Oh, you might also head over to adobe.com and look for the User to User forum for InDesign scripting. I'll bet someone could script it for you (if the script hasn't already been written!)
InDesign scripting home page (http://www.adobe.com/products/indesign/xml_scripting.html)
InDesign Scripting User-to-User forum (http://www.adobeforums.com)
When I opened my scripting panel, I found a javascript script called ExportAllText.jsx but it exports each story to its own text file. That ain't gonna help you either.

Go here (http://rorohiko.com/) and download the Textstitch plug-in. I tested it, and it works great. :)
That site has quite a few other very useful plug-ins as well, including one that will export all the stories in a document as one file.

excellent!! That is exactly what I needed, I wonder why Google failed me, but at least you didn't Urst.
Btw, I heard a story that they put a statue of the Noodly one at a courthouse in Tenn.
