Anyone have Sticky Footer experience?

I'ma seasoned designer, but man have I had issues with sticky footer in IE 7. Anyone know any good places to figure out what is wrong?

...however, i didn't get ryan's code to work with my particular layout...the man in blue fit the bill nicely... :)

The snow has mostly melted and I have rediscovered sticky footer experience.
