Connecting to my host problems

I am having problems connecting to my host. I want to update my portfolio and I need to download all the files as my PC had died since last updated it and need all the files again. When I try to connect I get an error although the test seems to be successful.

Here are some screenshots because I am useless at this kind of stuff, and I am not a massive fan of FTP’ing via DW.

What have i missed?

Its ok fixed. It wasn't using SFTP.
