Has anybody had to write their own annual review? Boss is asking me for a "what do I do with my time" and why-should-they-justify-paying-me type of document. Of course, being mostly web work and only some graphic stuff, he can look at a page that I have spent several hours on getting it to display the same in various browsers but he sees only the same output (because he only uses one browser) and thinks I have done nothing. Any resources or links out there on how to describe that my measly 10 hours a week for this department is worth keeping me on? lol.
