Custom Oval Paper Size in Illy?

Hi all,

I'm designing a hang tag for a client that needs to be 1 3/4" x 2 1/2" oval. I know there's a way to make the outline for this in Illy but I can't remember. Is this done when creating a new document or after the document is created?

Or would it be better to do it in Indy? Is an oval paper shape even possible in Indy?

just create an oval at that size, stroke it with a color. call out that color as the die line somewhere on the file with the rest of the printing information.

Make the dieline a spot colour that is not going to be used in the printing and set it to overprint. This is so that it doesn't knock out a white line. Make sure you give it plenty of bleed too.
