Actions: CS to CS3

Hi all,

Just a quick question. Can actions created in Photoshop CS be used in CS3? I've searched here and on google but couldn't find a definate answer. We're finally upgrading to CS3 at work (yay) and I have a bunch of actions in CS that I don't want to have to recreate.

I'm thinking it may be a case of some will, some won't; depending on the content of the actions?

i believe you can copy your actions to cs3, try the adobe support forums for documentation

well, the Adobe forums had a bit of info on the subject but nothing specific to what I'd like to know. The main issue mentioned there is a problem between cs and cs2 and the fact that layer 'sets' have changed to layer 'groups'. I'd imagine this will still be an issue with cs to cs3.

Once the software upgrade is done at my work I'll post here and let you know how it goes...
