check your yellow pages and talk to the printers directly and get prices.
Are they to be die cut? That will make a difference who you go with.

Any offset printer can print on adhesive stock. It's not a different process than printing onto paper, just different stock. You want to call an offset printer, not a sticker printer.
But if you want to print onto clear adhesive, it's best to talk to your local printer first. We can do it, but it takes forever to dry since the ink tends to just sit on top.

Depends on if they are die cut.
You could talk to a sign shop too. 500 is not too many for a printer/plotter but not enough for a web run.

All I know is that the scrapbooking company I used to work for (in Georgia)printed their stickers with Wisconsin Label, in Wisconsin. They have very strict specs for the dies, white plates, color plates, etc. I know they can print on paper and clear sticker stock, don't know about vinyl, but I'd guess they could do that too. Precise to a 64th of an inch.
Don't know what their minimum run would be, but I'd guess pretty high.
