Budweiser's new brew, Be, pronounced "B-to-the-e," is a cross between an energy drink and a beer.

Anheuser-Busch, the maker of the low-carb Michelob Ultra, is launching the new caffeinated beer in November and making it in the east Houston plant where it brews Budweiser and other well-known brands

just saw that on cnn.com, i hate sweets of any type, too bad they won't add caffienne to normal brews, then i could stop drinking coffeee and be a wide awake drunk all day long!

Isn't alcohol considered a stimulant anyway? Hmmm. Could be dangerous. It might be a trend to follow with other beers. The first thing I thought of when I saw this was the image of people mixing redbull with vodka which I hear has become pretty popular. One idea from another.

My favorite beer is IBC. No, wait! Barq's! Yeah, Barq's is my favorite. I don't like A&W at all. Too mainstream. Favorite Micro Brew: Reed's Ginger Beer from Jamaica. Much sweeter and spicier than any of the american root beers. great stuff.
