WIP.. C&C please. I'm personally not liking the sun or the sun's caress at the moment.

I can't give an opinion on this until the sientists prove without a doubt that global warmin exist. sorry

but seriously, it ok i kind of get what you trying to say but it looks a little childish. Maybe some sort of style needs to be though about instead of just this simple, but not in a good way, clocks and warped sun faces. I would keep the idea but just really expand on it.

ok well ill think over some other concepts..too simple.. any other artistic critiques? Is the composition pleasing? I dont want to add to much to distract from my rather simple and clear message.. But is it uninteresting?

Can someone explain what the shapes are? I see a syringe and a mutated Mickey Mouse. I also see some cleavage.

cleavage??

oh yeah, I see it. It's Earth's clevage! Ireland is right in the crevice, btw.

but, seriously :D what message is this conveying? The sun does look like some sort of comic character or mascot.. whereas the sun in terms of global warming is not usually shown with a face, and certainly not a whacky face. I think that's 'cos the sun is not supposed to convey emotion in this context, as opposed to showing the sun smiling down on a happy day on the beach.

The rocketship (?) looks too much like a syringe.. there's something about it I don't like. Sorry that's kind of vague. I think it might be because it creates a really strong diagonal element. Is that exactly 45 degrees?
if it is there to represent man-made pollution, wouldn't the billowing tops of factory chimneys or car exhausts be more fitting?

I'm liking the quality of line and colours you've used.

I thought it was obvious what was going on - we're sending rockets that break holes in the ozone, letting in the suns unfiltered rays.

I like the childlike simplicity. I think it's a style you could definitely work on. But the lines are a bit simplistic. If childlike is something you are aiming for, try using pencils and give the lines a bit of humanity.

Oh, I didn't see that and I have a good imagination. What are the black things? Are those supposed to be rocks? Or is that the smoke coming out of the rocket? I've never see a rocket with smoke like that.

If you didn't tell me it was global warming in the title I would think that it was a new Space invaders game. Barney Style.

Perhaps a bit to abstract in some areas.

It would be like having the advertisment for Milk be this.
