Indesign (and illustrator): Outputting a text link of linked files, etc??

Is there any way in CS2 to have indesign (and illustrator, though thats unlikely) output a list of linked objects, fonts, etc?
I'm currently just packaging, then copy and pasting filenames from the finder into my spec files... just hoping there's an easier way!

Well, you can preflight it and then click the report button to generate a more detailed .txt file with the info (then you have a single doc to cut an paste (or delete extraneous info) form.

Thanks, that helps... for some reason I thought that report didn't include filenames, but it does!

Anything similar for illustrator? How about 3rd party preflighters?
