I don't really like the puzzle pieces. Its ok as a concept but I think you've overused them here. I find it hard to focus on the text box with everything thats going on around it. Try it without having the links on the side inside puzzle pieces.

I kind of like it. I think you have way to go before the design is finished but it's on the right path.

I don't know if I like the puzzle pieces kind of seems a bit childish. Conceptually it makes sense. Maybe it just needs to be developed more.

I rackommand speel chak befor clinet submishun.

This version is better, but still looks very flat. also, the lines in the crane lines, puzzle pieces, etc, have a lot of artifacts in them especially when they curve.

Can you find another construction guy as well? just mirroring the one you have looks a bit strange.

The silhouettes (sp?) are kind of cool, but you used the same posed figure twice just reflecting it. I think that looks pretty cheap. I would just use one or find a different figure. Also, the man on the bottom right just looks out of place. He is not involved with the rest of the design at all. I would move him up against the text box or find a pose that gets him involved with the rest of hte theme.

Link doesn't work for me.

I like it more without all the puzzle pieces but when I look at it it gives me the impression of a toy shop website rather than a construction company. This is probably down to the puzzle pieces. It's definitely a good concept but maybe you've overused it here? Just try to develop it some more.

I'm a little lost now, what if the top pice next to the cinstructor wold be blue like the sky?

Any idea how to make to more constrution and less toyshop? i tried a little 3d, didnt work for me.

I'm not sure. Maybe use less of the puzzle pieces?

I think its the colour scheme that doesn't work for me.

I think you need to use less color. and stick to bold colors like black and red if you want the puzzle pieces to work. Other then that I would suggest working on the menu and content area to make it look less flat.

I agree with ogpeanut, the silhouette of the man on the bottom right seems disconnected from the rest of the piece, plus you can't really tell what he's doing, PLUS he looks kind of ... naked. Maybe give him more definition (a collar on his shirt, pants distinguished from his shoes, etc.).

I also agree that overall it seems to read a little 'childish', like the site is intended for kids or something. Can you make the pieces be like bricks or pieces of an actual building instead of puzzle pieces? Puzzle pieces are for playing; that doesn't say much for a professional business.

The crane is kinda nice, though. Just lose the puzzle pieces.

I'm not going to lose the concept, It was created by a copyrighter and must stick to it, it was also approved by the costumer.
So i need to somehow make the pazel pices more proffesional.
Working on it.....

It's definitely better. But I still don't think it looks like a construction company's website. I think it's the puzzle pieces that spoil it. I know you can't scrap that concept now, especially if it's what the client wants. I wish I could think of a way to improve upon the design whilst using the same concept.

Lego's man! they are a puzzle technically. one thing that concerned me is if that puzzle "pilon" is going where I think it is, would probably be bad for the people, maybe having the size's match up properly would work best. and maybe smoother puzzle pieces too.

Your concept is unique. Your on the right track.

The only thing that bothers me is the lack of color.

Very muted colors.

Spelling?

"Flash Area (Images croped at the shap of the pazel pices)"

I know it is a "test" page, but do be careful when you complete the webpage.
