Not sure if this is the right place to post this but here goes...
I've just recently had to upgrade to Microsoft Entourage here at work on my Mac. I'm not too familiar with it yet and I don't have any kind of manual with it.
Is there an 'out of office assistant' like I had in Outlook?
Also...can you edit the toolbar like you can in Outlook?
I've gone through the prefs and don't seem to find anything.
Any tips on these two items would be appreciated.

By out of office, do you mean an auto response for when you're away? If so, try this:
1. In the Tools menu >> Rules
2. Make a New Rule
3. Set the If to All messages
4. Set the Then to Reply
5. Hit the Reply text... button and type what you want the message to say
You can then enable or disable it from the Rules window
As far as customizing the tool bar, I'm not sure. It seems like there should be a way, but I can't figure it out.

Thanks! I set it up as you said and had someone send me a test e-mail, but they didn't get a reply at all. It should send them a reply right?
Did I miss something? maybe I'm an idiot...lol

Really? Did you make sure that the Enabled box was checked?
Also, could just be either your mailer server or the recipient's. Sometimes, for whatever reason, espcially with AOL mail may take several minutes or several hours to send. I noticed when I just tested it that there was a bit of a lag on the send of the auto-response.
Besides, that *shrug*...
