Where should I go to find out how to solve a picture distortion issue on my site?

what exactly is distorting? do you have a screenshot or a link? its probably just a simple x,y problem but you never know. give us more info and we can help

Looks like things are being distorted by the site. In fact, any number of the images are distorted, so they're just squishing it in there without regard for aspect ratio.
What you need to do is find out what pixel dimensions they require for that placement, and supply them that exact same thing. Or at least match the aspect ratio, so there's no distortion if it gets reduced.
