Let me introduce myself. My name is Przemek, I'm from London. I'm no designer - I'm a musician. And what brings me here is...

...I'm in the process of creating a music-related website. Just wanted to ask you If you guys could identify this style (if you can call it 'style'). I've noticed it's been very popular lately and it would be a great match to the logo I've designed for the website.

Or maybe someone knows websites with graphics like this so I can show them to my designer as a reference to say "I want something like this"?

It makes me think of 1980's logo design for tv like night rider and transformers.

That's what I think too, exactly! But I need more examples to show them to him or a competent designer who can create a layout like that for me. :)

You know, we are designers and your designer is a designer. Your designer should be perfectly capable of grasping the style you are after.

I mean if we can figure it out, why wouldn't they be able to? Just show them what you showed us.
