hehe, we have some sea monkeys in the office, our cleaner threw their food out with the rubbish last week, we were all worried they were going to die from starvation, but we ordered some more food and I'm pleased to say they are now back to their freely-fornicating-in-public-like-a-sixties-music-festival-selves.

My kids had sea monkeys a few years ago, they got pretty big, and then I did one of the tank cleanings and aearation I was supposed to do and I think I introduced something into the water (soap debris perhaps?) and it wiped out the colony. I felt pretty bad. I'm a seamonkey killer. :( Whenever I see smiling pictures of sea monkeys now, I have this weird feeling that they are plotting against me.

That is SOOOO not gonna happen.

It was a horror in ways as the "belt" (like a concealing jockstrap) I purchased was 3 sizes too small (a Large is "large" only for a dancer I guess), so I just wore briefs under the unitard.
99% humidity made for a certain amount of wardrobe malfunction.

Worse yet: Because of the parade's large amount of nearly naked lady participants there is a TON of freaks with sophisticated photo equipment taking pictues of everything.
One guy dressed as a deranged and torched Ronald McDonald took a shot directly aimed at my manhood.

So the photos are out there. I just won't point them out to you.

I've always wanted to go to the Coney Island Mermaid parade. I'm never in NYC when it's happening though, and I missed my chances while I was living there. :(
