So I was working on an vector piece. And the image I was using as a resource was a pretty small size. So I went ahead and created my image, which is very Gradient Mesh heavy in this small size.

I wanted the final image to be a lot bigger though. But when I try to resize it. It seem to box everything out. Also when I resize I can no longer pull out the little handles on every point (I forgot what they are called) with the Direct Selection Tool, so while I can still change each color, I can move the point around.

So it ends up looking more like this

As you can see the Dark area in the mouth changed shape so now I have a white gap in the bottom, and the lips and the cherries seem a lot more squared and less round. Are Meshes just not able to be scaled properly like all vector shapes? Or is there a way around this?

All that aside I noticed the Image is huge, I don't know how to post thumbnails, so if a mod or someone can help me out that would be great. Oh, and nice to meet everyone. Thanks for any input.
