:D Of course I did! I have a friend in Ottowa, and we've had a good laugh over that. Also how parts of Canada are every bit south as Chicago is.

Yep, that's a "victoria sponge" There's something very similar called a "Florida sponge" and I don't know what the difference is. My mum used to make them and we called them sporida flunges as kids.
