"One Line"

When someone says they did something in Illustrator using a pen and one line.

What does the "one line" mean?

and..is the pen referring to a tablet and pen as opposed to a mouse?

I'm still catching up with the lingo and industry vocab...as you can all see.

One line: no breaks in the line, just one line (not design lingo that one!)

Pen: Could mean ink pen or tablet and pen, looks like tablet and pen in this case due to the nature of the line and the fact that it was done in Illustrator.
