Heh heh, yep that's Allen. He couldn't get any satisfaction from Sprint so he was forced to take the matter public. A little birdie told me it was working too. ;)

Sprint is a pain for sure. Nearly every month they overcharge me somewhere between $2.00 and $20.00. It's incredibly frustrating when it's only a buck or few bucks because it's not even worth the time it takes to clear it up. In Allen's case, $56,000, I'd say it's worth the effort. But for sure sprint tries to get every cent from you they can get away with.
