I am currently, at this very moment, drinking a Mad River Brewing Co Steelhead Extra Stout (my husband was given a beer of the month club membership, it arrived for the first time today). It is purdy tasty I must say! It came with a crazy description of flavors ranging from chocolate to coffee to burnt molasses, smoke etc etc and I laughed reading it. But you know what? It's like a rainbow of flavors exploding in my mouth! I can see why the reviewer got carried away with the description!

Ahhh! Ticks!!! I have an irrational fear of ticks. As a joke now, whenever I come across any kind of beautiful field or grassland area I always throw out the "I wonder how many ticks live there?"

I had to laugh, I recently watched the behind the scenes material for the movie "Across the Universe" and they were discussing the shot where the cast is laying in a big field singing "Because." The one cast member was saying something to the effect of how it was one of the first scenes they did, they had barely all just met, and then were immediately on the set filming, and did this beautiful song together, yet all she could think about was all the ticks around them. It cracked me up, it's something I would have fixated on!
