The tornados are all over the news here in florida right now. Even though none have come down here.

Since my home is in Illinois I tend to view tornados with a little less panic than Florida people. They are tragic to be sure, but I've gained that slightly jaded view of someone who lives with them and knows there is squat you can do about it untill after the damage is done. Just hide and hope you found a good spot. Sorry to hear about the 2 year old though. That can't be fixed up after the storm.

I've had a small tornado pass in front of my car before. First I though corn hitting my car was strange, then it was spinning corn crossing the road, then it was corn hitting the barn in the feild. Yep, strange day it was.

Storms all through Missouri last night, but I don't think we had any tornados. Looking at radar, we gots more coming today.

Hoping everyone up in MN is cool and safe.

According to the Today show, there also were tornadoes in Parkersburg, Iowa.

And this on top of the Saturday tornadoes in Oklahoma and Colorado. Yikes.

If anyone watches the full country maps that are animated you'll notice it's all because of a huge push of air out of mexico. All the weather perfectly outlines it.
