my flash skills ar very basic but maybe with some suggestions and help I could make it better

looks pretty russian to me.

my only complaint is the juxtaposition of old style (but not old enough to be cool) with new.

your background pattern fights with the pattern in the light background behind the girls.

the swirls and edges, both on the border and of the fonts you've chosen -- are too busy and compete with the brutal colors the girls are wearing, (which rock) and the straight edges and modernness of the design within the border.

you need to mask a little tighter so there are not those telltale white jaggies around the items you have placed together.

you do this by masking as close as you can, then applying a feather mask about 2 or 3 pixels inside throughout your whole piece of art, then applying a gaussian blur to the mask channel and creating an object out of it and pasting it as a new layer into a separate art composition that you are builing. that gets rid of the "look ma what I pasted together" feel of it.

all in all, it could really rock.
i'd put a gothic castle or a prehistoric cave with cave paintings behind them -- they will look totally out of place then. the other items in your composition -- the really nice flourishes of script fonts slithering around the girl's thigh - in fact, the ENTIRE composition within the border -- friggin ROCKS. its the border itself and the background that really detract the most from your work.

i like your retro looking black haired barbie build Russian babe waving a flag. she needs to have navy heels to match her outfit tho. what's with her sense of style? man she's got neon green shoes on! (jk)
