Resolution and Pixilation

Some time back, someone posted a link to a website that had a great explanation and illustrations about using something like a web graphic at 72 dpi, and expecting the printer to make it a nice sharp image at 300 dpi.

I remember it used smiley faces in the illustrations among other things.

Anyone remember that? Just what I need for customers who are unclear on the concept.
