Pfffft! Crap went down this morning at like 9:30 at work. Had to spend ALL day practically on the phone with them bc of my bossman and they said it would be a few days before they could get someone out to my work. Bossman wasn't havin that. They drove up right when I was leaving work. We have the WORST luck with them in our area. When I called the guy says.."well there was an outage but its fixed now. I see there are 55 modems in that area and 54 are working" NO KIDDING! Ours of course is the one not working.

sounds like comcast is stuffing 10 pounds of crap in a 5 pound bag. Tell your boss to get a T1, you get 24x7 support and rarely ever have a problem.

They are idiots. Seriously. Know what happened? Haa! My boss owns the whole building strip where I work and he rents out to several businesses right?! Well about 3 weeks ago, one business moved. Comcast came out to disconnect their service out back - and they disconnected OURS instead! IDIOTS!!! I mean I lost literally a day of work trying to deal with this a$$holes on the phone!!!!!

Allen, I wish he would swing for the T1 but I don't see it happening :o(
