anyone know how I can updates links in the usage pictures box in quark?indesign makes it so easy!

Assuming you have the update box open, if they're just modified images, doubleclick the listing or select it and hit update and it will update to the newest version of the file.
If they're renamed or moved you'll have to select the missing file, tell it to update, then browse to the appropriate file. If any of the other missing images are in that same folder, Quark will find them automatically.
