embedded fonts in pdf files

I've added a PDF brochure on my web site, containing some embedded fonts.
It takes a few second till it shows my fonts,
at the first glance you see an arial font, then it changes to my embedded font.
Don't tell me to convert it to outlines, cause it's increasing the downloading time.
