Easy to use shopping cart software

Hi all, I am after an easy to use shopping cart software. It can be either open source or licensed. At the moment I am using ecommerce but it is bit time consuming to implement and modify to suit the design of the page. Also and most importantly the pages genereted are not SEO. Any ideas from anyone will be appreciated
