Any other beginners, or is it just me?

Hey my name's Kim...I am very very new to graphic/web design. I would love love love to get good at this. It's something I really like to do (well, the little bit I CAN) not to mention the fact that you can get paid for it when you're good. I'm currently a stay-at-home Mom of two, so this is something I've become very passionate about. I've always been into the creative- music, art, photography. Hopefully, I've found my niche! Anyhow, if there happen to be any others that are new to graphic/web design or those that are seasoned and are willing to help out, please holler at me. Hope to hear from seom soon!

When you have a moment, please check out the threads posted here (http://www.graphicdesignforum.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=42). They will explain a lot about the forum from rules and regulations, frequently discussed topics to our many inside jokes. There is a lot of info in there that might be useful to you as a beginner. ;)

Hi Kim! Welcome! I'm at home with my two kids, too. I was a studio art major back in the day, and I'm a noob to graphic design, just starting out myself and so far they haven't eaten me for breakfast yet. I did however, just get hit by a flying duck someone threw at me in another thread! :p
