I didn't know that, my favorite episode has to be "Space Mutiny" because I'm a sucker for Battlestar Galatica. :)

Great show...I recently had to dispose of my library of MST3K VHS tapes. Luckily, my downstairs neighbor is a fan and has a VCR...:)

So do they have seasons on DVD?
I found collection volumes 1- to like 12 which is a fan collection and doesn't include every episode.

There are no DVD season collections, but YouTube has most of the episodes.
You must see the episode where they make fun of the movie Werewolf. It's one of those unbelievable, incredibly, outrageously bad movies.

Haven't seen that one yet, I think it's in the second collection I'm getting next paycheck :D
Off the top of my head I've seen
Catalina Caper -> really funny dance scenes... just wow.
Bloodlust -> ripoff of the book most dangerous game.
Space Mutiny -> with the "Easily lead wise council" - Servo (I think)
Skydivers -> what was that movie about :p
It's a brilliant format I can't wait to watch more :D

Space Mutiny was a brave film - so brave it dared to kill off a character and have her appear alive and well five minutes later with no comment at all. So brave it dared to pass off a woman well into her fifties as its "youthful" heroine. I'd like to see today's "indie" filmmakers take those kinds of risks.

I just realized they've got a bunch of episodes on YouTube, that's probably your best bet for watching stuff that hasn't been put on DVD - which is a lot. They made a few official DVDs, but I've read that the process of obtaining rights from third parties to reproduce the films has kept the series in its entirety from being produced.
I liked Santa Claus - where he pits himself against the devil, Gammara, Giant Spider Invasion (Packers win the superbowl!).
