Hello everyone,
I have created a new website and want to display it on the showcase. First let me just apologize now - It's all Flash and I now you all might blast me for doing it that way. Heck it's a brochure site and my client loves the flash look- He's very happy with it and so am I. I hope you enjoy and don't slam me too much...

Not going to blast you for using flash.
ANyways you have things out of alignment like the S on the Sales page with the T from teek underneath. Also you maybe to offset the red you can have the background a different color outside the page area so it doesn't get lost on the monitor. You have some pretty bad banding issues on your gradients. You should put the home button in the left menu and not randomlly in the screen as it gets very lost, i didnt see it at first. You should also have the contact us info on every page as well as the phone number and email. You have a decent start but right now it looks like a powerpoint presentation and not a solid website. You need to start tightening things up by alignment and better structure. The red is very intense which i am fine with but something needs to tone it down so as its not too OH MY GOD LOOK.

Not gonna blast you either, but I do have a few suggestions :D
I'd tone those drop shadows down a bit, both in scale and opacity, they seem too big and dark to me. Possibly just drop them altogether and get some single pixel lines in there to divide it up...
A little more space to the right of the 'Outdoor Furnace for Heating...' text underneath the logo would help.
I'm also not a fan of the whole site being scaleable, I find it distorts images and make them ugly, might just be me though.
Nudging the 'Designed by Deep Anchor Graphics' footer text over to the right so it's nicely aligned with the sites right hand margin would also be nice.
The black line that sets the sites left margin could be shortened so it lines up with the top and bottom of the main content area.
As Steve said above, a good start but tightening a few things up will help no end.
Cheers

way too many typefaces!!!!! gill sans + arial + garamond + garamond italic + serpentine = jumbled mess
Personally, I've totally dropped Garamond, Times New Roman, Gill Sans, Helvetica, Futura and the likes because they are so overused
(unless of course, there is a reason why say, Garamond, would be appropriate)
I'd say stick to two typefaces, max, unless there is a really good reason for using more..
oh and you definitely need a preloader, too.
