I'm trying to add a border to the top and bottom of a table row. It seems to work well in Firefox, but IE7 doesn't want to display the borders.
Also, I'd like to change the border color on hover, along with the background color. I've got the background color shift working, but of course, without the borders displaying, the color change doesn't appear in IE7.
Any suggestions on how to make this work in IE7? I wasn't aware there was such a difference between how IE7 still renders tables and CSS.
