alt image help

Ok i am at teh finishes stages with this website, the first one i ever made, and i have some trouble with alt images. The trouble is how do I put them in the flash areas. I am using swfobject to embed the flash animations(trying to keep everything compliant) but i am not sure how to put an alt image in case the user doesn't have flash.

anyhelp would be great. I am quite a newbie at web coding but I think I did a decent job. I probably could have made a cleaner CSS but its a small site so next time I know. Also should I put in a reset CSS?

I think I got the alt images working right. I just put the default get shockwave but will add a real pic to it later. I think its right if anyone wants to double check it for me. steve
