Hi ho hi ho

New to forum, courtesy of a recent post on youthedesigner.com (http://www.youthedesigner.com/2008/08/11/top-5-graphic-design-forums/). I've been a web designer/developer for 12+ years, a long time abuser of Photoshop (started w/ v2.5!) and have been scratching my head over Illustrator more & more lately. So while I'm pretty used to interface and application design, I have a lot to learn re: graphic design ... but I've always been a fan!

And when not connected to a mouse + k/b, I'm usually connected to a motorcycle or a guitar ... that is if my 2 kids haven't connected themselves to me first. But I'm a long time guitarist and a weekend wrench on anything w/ an engine, and have been getting into DIY around the (100 year old, OMG-what-on-earth, I-think-I-need-more-tools) house more & more lately.

Here to learn! Teach me! LOL

I actually went to school at SU. Those are some lovely winters you have up there. Gotta love walking to class at 8am when it's 11 below with a wind chill of 49 below. That'll wake ya up.
